Privacy policy
We built this website to collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens when you visit it, and when you write to us.
Who is responsible
The controller for this website is the company behind aiployee:
Grapher s.r.o.U Pražského mostu 2213/2, 586 01 Jihlava, Czech Republic
Company ID (IČO) 11740531
VAT ID CZ11740531
Email: help@aiployee.cz
This policy covers this website. When we run an agent for your company, how we handle that data is set out in our contract with you.
When you visit this website
Server log files
To deliver the pages and keep them secure, the web server briefly records technical data about each request.
- What
- Your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from, your browser and operating system, and whether the request worked.
- Why
- To deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Who
- Our hosting provider, [hosting provider, EU], which processes the logs on our behalf and only on our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR).
- How long
- Deleted automatically after [14 days] at the latest, unless we need a specific entry to investigate an attack.
Everything comes from our own server
Fonts, scripts and images are delivered from the same server as the pages. While you are here, your browser does not contact Google, a content delivery network or any other third party.
Choosing a language
On your first visit to the English home page, a small script checks your browser’s preferred languages and, if we have a matching version, takes you there. This check happens only in your browser and nothing is saved. If you pick a language in the menu yourself, the site remembers it (see below).
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, keep small pieces of information on your device. On this website we use them in two ways: what the site needs to work, which is always on, and optional analytics and marketing cookies, which we only use with your consent.
Essential storage
- What
- Two entries in your browser’s local storage: “aiployee-lang”, the language you picked in the menu (for example “de”), and “aiployee-consent”, your cookie choice and when you made it.
- Why
- So the site does not switch your language back automatically, and does not ask about cookies on every page.
- Legal basis
- Storing them is strictly necessary for functions you ask for, so it needs no consent (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive; in Germany § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). The entries say nothing about who you are. Where they count as personal data, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a website that works and remembers your choices (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Who
- Nobody else. Both entries stay on your device and are never sent to us.
- How long
- The language until you delete it. The cookie choice for 12 months; after that, we ask again.
Analytics and marketing cookies, only with your consent
With your consent, we may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the website (analytics) and to measure and improve our advertising (marketing). They are off until you agree, in the cookie banner or under Cookie settings. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive; in Germany § 25(1) TDDDG).
We currently use no analytics or marketing tools. Before we add one, we will describe it here: the provider, what it is for, which cookies it sets and for how long, and whether data leaves the EU.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings, a link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before (Art. 7(3) GDPR); we then delete the cookies of that category that we can reach. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings at any time. We will then ask again.
When you write to us
When you use the contact form or email us at help@aiployee.cz, we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give it, your message and anything else you choose to tell us.
The contact form does not send anything by itself: it opens your email app with your message filled in, and you send it from there.
- Why
- To answer you, arrange a demo and, if you wish, prepare an offer.
- Legal basis
- Steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Otherwise our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Who
- Only the people at aiployee who handle your request, and the provider that hosts our email on our behalf. We do not pass your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
- How long
- Until your enquiry is settled. If nothing comes of it, we delete it after [12 months] at the latest. If a contract follows, we keep what the contract and the law require, for example accounting and tax records.
You do not have to give us any personal data to use this website. To get an answer from us, we need at least an email address.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy (Art. 15 GDPR)
- correct it (Art. 16)
- delete it (Art. 17)
- restrict how we use it (Art. 18)
- hand it over to you or another company in a common format (Art. 20)
Right to object. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). We then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where we ask for your consent, for example for optional cookies, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything done before (Art. 7(3) GDPR). We make no decisions about you by automated means alone and do no profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).
Just write to help@aiployee.cz. We will answer within one month.
Your right to complain
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in the EU country where you live or work, or with the authority responsible for us:
Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection)Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic
